Headquarters Positions
Headquarter is essentially a position where one of your opponents legs is between your legs and thus, one of your legs is based between your opponents legs. You may be shifted more toward the opponents outside leg (Headquarters 1) or toward the leg between your legs (Headquarters 2) or somewhere in between.

Outside Advantage
Outside Advantage - When you are at a distance just beyond the opponents toe line where you can get a grip on opponents legs with your hands but he can not get a grip on your legs with his hands. From here you can get an advantage by moving his feet so that they point away from you (either up to the ceiling, down to the floor or either side).
