Positions
Lower Body Positions
1) Back Knee At Far Hip, Front Knee Above Thigh
-Pinching together. Body oriented from opp. near hip to his far shoulder. 
2) Back Knee At Far Hip, Front Knee Grounded By Opp. Knee
3) Back Knee Grounded By Opp. Knee, Other Foot On Ground

Upper Body Positions
1) Tight Waist
2) Seatbelt
  a) Basic
  b) Shoulder Over Opp. Head
3) 1 on 1 (Underarm straight grips)

Opponents Positions
1.Closed (Tight) Turtle
-Opp. elbows are inside of knees. Limbs are contracted tight to the body. Provides protection against grips and submission holds but leaves opp. vulnerable to being off balanced. 
2) Open Turtle 
-Opp. elbows are outside of knees and more extended from the body. Provides more stability but leaves opp. vulnerable to grips and submissions.
