No Connection Guard/You On Ground, Opp. Standing (Stage 5 Guard)

1) Supine - Goal is to keep your legs between you and your opponent. Use kicks when opp. closes the distance. Move to seated (and ultimately standing) when the opportunity presents itself.
2) Seated - Intermediate position between supine and standing. From here you will stand if the distance between you and your opponent allows it or go back to supine if your opponent rushes you.
