1. Your hands cup the opp. elbows and pull
2. Your hands cup inside of opp. wrist move them outward
B. Opp. Has Hands On Your Biceps
1. Swim your hands inside
C. Opp. Has Hands On Your Armpits

2. Chop down at bend of elbows or forearms
